1. Global Citizen Scholarship
At the Global Indian International School (GIIS), we provide the Global Citizen Scholarship (GCS) as a prestigious award to academically deserving students from the region to enable them to grow and develop more fully in their academic curriculum. The scholarship is applicable to the CBSE curriculum for grades 11 to 12, and students are required to score 93% and above. This scholarship has a tenure of two years.
2. GIIS Global Sports Scholarship
The Global Schools Foundation (GSF) contributes to the needs of deserving students through a wide range of different programs and initiatives, including the Global Sports Scholarship (GSS) program, which focuses on offering support to young athletes. The GSS is a sports scholarship at GIIS.
The scholarship is meant to recognize student athletes’ achievements at the international, national, and state levels. The scholarship is applicable to the CBSE curriculum for grades 1 through 12. Students must have proven excellence in sports to be eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship has a tenure of three years.
3. 9GEMS Holistic Development Scholarship
The 9GEMS framework is an award-winning holistic teaching methodology that seeks to assist students in meeting the changing needs of the world. The framework is created to hone students’ inherent strengths and mold their personalities to make them well-rounded global citizens. This scholarship is applicable to the CBSE curriculum for grades 6 to 12, and it has a tenure of one year.
4. Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Global Skills Scholarship
Students are known to be more technology-savvy fairly early in life in this digital world. Today, students’ natural inclination towards understanding of technological gadgets, devices, applications, and other digital tools makes them proficient in the field of technology at a young age.
This scholarship recognizes and encourages these young students in the field of digital space. The scholarship is applicable to the CBSE curriculum for grades 6 to 12, and the scholarship lasts for one year. The Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Global Skills Scholarship is available in a few different categories.
● Category A Scholarship. The Category A scholarship is available to students who have nationally ranked amongst the top 10 students at the Olympiad by SOF/STEM Olympiad/Robotics Olympiad or the national first, second, or third prize winner at the annual competition of the National Children’s Science Congress. For students who qualify for this category, 20 percent is waived off on the tuition fees.
● Category B Scholarship. The Category B scholarship offers 15 percent off on tuition fees for students who have nationally ranked amongst the top 20 students at the Olympiad by SOF/STEM Olympiad/Robotics Olympiad, the national first, second, or third prize winner at the annual competition of the National Children’s Science Congress, or part of the first ranking teams at the ISRO Space Quiz, NSS- National Space Space Settlement.
● Category C Scholarship. The Category C scholarship provides 10 percent off on tuition fees for students nationally ranked amongst the top 30 students at the Olympiad by SOF/STEM Olympiad/Robotics Olympiad, the top 10 rankers at any national or international competitions run by giant IT companies like Intel, Adobe, Google, and Microsoft, especially Google Science Fair, the top 10 rankers at the national, state, and international levels of the Robot Olympiad, or part of the first two rankings at the ISRO Space Quiz, NSS- National Space Settlement.
Applications submitted without the right support documents or incomplete documents will not be processed. Applicants also need to have represented at the international, national, or regional forums in the above-mentioned competitions or similar recognized or reputed competitions.
5. Mahatma Gandhi Universal Values Merit-Cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship
The Global Schools Foundation, also known as the GSF, has contributed to the educational needs of students through a wide range of different programs and initiatives, including the Mahatma Gandhi Universal Values Merit-Cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship.
The GSF plans to offer support through financial assistance with this scholarship and make education more affordable for parents across a diverse range of financial situations.
The scholarship is divided into four different categories. The Category A scholarship is given to students with household incomes of less than 8,00,000 INR and provides 20 percent off on tuition fees. The Category B scholarship is provided to students with household incomes of 8,00,000 to 10,00,000 INR and offers 15 percent off on tuition fees.
The Category C scholarship is given to students with household incomes of 10,00,000 to 12,00,000 INR and provides 12 percent off on tuition fees. The Category D scholarship is given to students with household incomes of 12,00,000 to 25,00,000 INR and offers 10 percent off on tuition fees.
The scholarship is applicable to the CBSE curriculum and GMP curriculum for students in nursery school, kindergarten, and grades 1 to 12. The scholarship has a tenure of two years.
The scholarship is mainly given to support academically deserving students from moderate family income groups, and students are assessed based on their past two years of academic performance and gross family income. Students must have received at least 60 percent marks or equivalent for the past two years. Applicants must be Indian citizens.
6. Global FUTURE-READY Merit Scholarship
The prominent Global FUTURE-READY Merit (GFRM) Scholarship provides an opportunity for a learning experience that will give students the chance to become global citizens and have better access to reputable universities and prevalent undergraduate programs of their choice.
The scholarship is applicable to the students of CBSE eduction system who are in grades 7 to 12, and students with 85 percent marks and above are eligible. The scholarship has a tenure of two years.
